Depuis d\u00e9cembre 2022, Hally accompagne l’agence de publicit\u00e9 TBWA afin de renforcer son programme de lutte contre les agissements sexistes, le harc\u00e8lement moral et sexuel, dans le cadre interne de l’agence, mais aussi en interaction avec des client\u00b7es ou partenaires. Un programme de formation et de sensibilisation complet a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour les r\u00e9f\u00e9rent\u00b7es, les personnes en responsabilit\u00e9 de management et les collaborateur\u00b7trices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce partenariat, reconduit chaque ann\u00e9e depuis 2022, t\u00e9moigne de l’engagement durable de TBWA sur ces enjeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quels \u00e9taient les objectifs de TBWA ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En nous rencontrant, les objectifs principaux de TBWA \u00e9taient les suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 D\u00e9ployer des formations \u00e0 tous les niveaux<\/strong>, de mani\u00e8re progressive,\u00a0pour soutenir les \u00e9quipes Ressources Humaines.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Mieux pr\u00e9venir, identifier et r\u00e9soudre\u00a0des situations de comportements sexistes, de harc\u00e8lement sexuel ou moral tant dans le cadre interne de l’agence qu’en interaction avec des client\u00b7es ou des partenaires.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Recruter et former un nouveau groupe de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent\u00b7es harc\u00e8lement sur tous les sites<\/strong>\u00a0pour promouvoir les bons comportements et \u00eatre des personnes ressources pour les personnes qui en auraient besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Promouvoir une culture du consentement\u00a0et du respect plus large au sein de l’entreprise et ainsi pr\u00e9venir en amont les situations de harc\u00e8lement sexuel, moral ou de sexisme.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par quels moyens avons-nous r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la demande de TBWA ? \ud83d\udca1 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nous avons mis en place un programme en 4 \u00e9tapes, m\u00ealant formation et sensibilisation \u00e0 tous les niveaux afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de TBWA :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01. Formations des r\u00e9f\u00e9rent\u00b7es harc\u00e8lement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Plus de 30 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9es lors de plusieurs sessions d’une journ\u00e9e depuis 2022, afin de leur permettre d’identifier les agissements sexistes et le harc\u00e8lement sexuel et moral notamment \u00e0 travers le cadre l\u00e9gal, de mettre en place des actions de pr\u00e9vention en interne et d’\u00eatre en mesure d’accueillir la parole des victimes et ainsi g\u00e9rer un signalement en lien avec la direction et les RH. Ces formations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconduites en 2024 et 2025 pour int\u00e9grer les nouveaux\u00b7elles r\u00e9f\u00e9rent\u00b7es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Compl\u00e9ment “Mise en action” avec improvisation th\u00e9\u00e2trale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

En compl\u00e9ment des formations r\u00e9f\u00e9rent\u00b7es, des s\u00e9ances pratiques et immersives avec une com\u00e9dienne professionnelle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place afin de leur permettre de mieux identifier les cas de harc\u00e8lement et de mettre en pratique le recueil des signalements et l’\u00e9coute des victimes pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es. Une session a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e en avril 2024 pour les r\u00e9f\u00e9rent\u00b7es en poste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03. Formation des responsables du management <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Plus de 12 sessions de 3 heures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es entre 2023 et 2024 pour former les manageur\u00b7ses \u00e0 identifier les situations de sexisme, de harc\u00e8lement sexuel et moral, \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir ces violences dans leur \u00e9quipe et \u00e0 conna\u00eetre les ressources utiles \u00e0 mobiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

04. Sensibilisation de l’ensemble des salari\u00e9\u00b7es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Une sensibilisation de 2h des collaborateur\u00b7rices de l’ensemble de la structure afin de leur permettre d\u2019identifier les agissements sexistes, le harc\u00e8lement sexuel et le harc\u00e8lement
moral, de s\u2019approprier des outils pour les pr\u00e9venir \u00e0 leur \u00e9chelle et de conna\u00eetre
les ressources cl\u00e9s d\u2019accompagnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
